I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project

The I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project redefined what is possible in transportation infrastructure for Arizona. Spanning 11 miles of one of the state’s most critical corridors through Phoenix, the I-10 Broadway Curve Improvement Project was the Arizona Department of Transportation's largest urban freeway reconstruction project. With 86 community events, over 100 traffic alerts, 44 newsletters, and a project-specific app downloaded more than 31,000 times, the project fostered public awareness and enthusiasm.

City of Phoenix

The City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department is developing a citywide Parks Master Plan that will guide the direction of its 188 parks, 33 community and recreation centers, eight golf courses and 29 public pools for the next 10 years and beyond. During the fi rst phase of the project, TBCo provides community outreach services – a vital piece of this stage of the master plan.

Bouldering Project

Bouldering Project is a fitness center designed around the power of community. The centers offer a mix of bouldering for adults and children, yoga and weight room facilities. The Seattle-based concept opened its first Arizona location in 2024. The 53,000 square foot location also has an in-house coffee shop and outdoor event courtyard.
